First, let’s talk about ReadON’s Catto NFT, which serves as the key to ReadON’s economic system and is a crucial part of ReadON’s game system. We have designed a set of gameplay mechanics around Catto NFT, such as collection, upgrading, and synthesis, to make reading as engaging and addictive as a game.
In ReadON’s content community governance, ReadON Archive + points and Catto NFT will work together, and some advanced governance privileges will be limited to users who have enough reputation in ReadON Archive and also need to hold a certain level of Catto NFT. The next step is about ReadON’s points and tasks system.
In the first step of implementation before Catto NFT was officially launched, we inserted the points system. ReadON points are linked to SBT and are used to reward users for their contributions to the community, such as developing reading habits, making high-quality comments, and sharing contents. Unlike ReadON tokens, ReadON points cannot be traded but can be used to exchange for rewards, such as joint giveaways from high-quality project partners.
To earn ReadON points, users can contribute to the community by curating topics, providing articles, or by engaging in good reading habits, such as posting content comments and receiving likes or replies from others. These activities can help you earn extra experience and points.
In addition to the points, ReadON will also launch its quest system simultaneously. Similar to World of Warcraft and other games, the app will offer various daily quests that can be completed for points or other rewards.
